Why This Exists
Pennsylvania public-record rules make many jail, court, and agency records available, but they do not put every custody question in one place. Lycoming County Prison uses Pennsylvania VINE as the public inmate-search route for local custody, while sentenced state prisoners are searched through the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections. Federal detainees, immigration detainees, and people held under U.S. Marshals authority may require separate federal tools. This site brings those routes together with local contact points, facility pages, visitation details, and records-request steps.
